SEATUC2024：Call for Papers Submission by September 15th, 2023
Greetings from the SEATUC2024 secretariat, Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan.
The 18th South East Asian Technical University Consortium (SEATUC) will be hosted by Shibaura Institute of Technology on February 27th (Tue.) – 28th (Wed.), 2024.
Researchers, engineers, practitioners, and graduate students in SEATUC member universities are welcomed to submit their innovative research outcomes for SEATUC 2024.

[REGISTRATION FEE]-TS/IS presenters: 200 US$-WS presenters: 200 US$*Registration fee for WS-only participants.
WS fee will not be charged additionally to TS or IS presenters.-Additional paper: 100 US$/paper-Audience/ Non-presenters: 100 US$
Technical Session (TS)Oral presentation, full-paper peer-reviewedAuthors are invited to submit complete unpublished papers in English. Submission should be in the form of PDF within four (4) to six (6) printed pages (10-point fonts) including figures, following the SEATUC author guidelines. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Only the accepted papers can be presented in the technical session as oral presentations and published in SEATUC 2024 proceedings.Authors of selected papers will have a chance to submit extended versions of their papers to SEATUC Journal of Science and Engineering (SJSE). Some papers may be accepted in the innovative session as poster presentations.
Innovative Session (IS)Poster presentation, abstract reviewedAuthors are invited to submit work in progress ideas in English.SEATUC 2024 also includes innovative session in which researchers can give a talk about and discuss their work-in-progress ideas, ongoing research, and experimental studies. Authors are requested to submit one (1) page abstract (with one figure accepted) in the form of PDF, which are then reviewed. The authors of accepted abstracts can submit theirfinal manuscripts in the form of PDF: 1) the same format as the technical session up to four (4) pages; or 2) 6-up printed PowerPoint slides; or 3) 1-page poster presentation format, which will be published in “SEATUC2024PROCEEDINGS”.
Workshop Session (WS)Workshop organizers must submit a workshop plan in a designated form. Once accepted, the organizers and the workshop co-chairs will coordinate the content and schedule.The organizers who got their plan accepted can submit their abstract and will be published in “SEATUC2024PROCEEDINGS”.
