Eligiblity:
- undergraduate students
- at least second-year students at the time of application
- have one of the following language requirement:
– Sufficient level of English (CEFR B2 or higher) + Japanese language learning experience at least for 50 hours at recognized educational institutions or self-learning. OR
– Sufficient level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)

- Academic Transcript
- Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor & Study Program (please use this template);
- Financial Guarantee Letter, including the request to receive financial assistance from the Bureau of Partnerships (please use this template);
- Health Guarantee Letter, regarding Covid-19 (Please use this template);
- Recent CV;
- Personal Statement Video (max. 5 minutes, explaining your motivation to participate in the exchange program).
- Language proficiency (please choose one):
- English proficiency test minimum CEFR B2 or equivalent + reference letter of Japanese language learning experience at least for 50 hours at recognized educational institutions or self-learning (no certain form for the reference letter) + certificate of Japanese language proficiency (no minimum score
