Online Semester Exchange at Universiti Sains Malaysia

The Universiti Sains Malaysia decided to start the Fall Semester 2021 with distance learning as the restriction for mobility students to enter Malaysia is still in place.

Some Information:
* The Orientation Days will be held online – students will receive further information via e-mail before the start of the semester
* Classes and courses evaluation will be done online
* Students will receive an official academic semester transcript from USM upon completion of the programme

Application Deadline to IRO: 9 August 2021

Application Deadline to USM: 31 August 2021 (only after being nominated by IRO ITB, application link will be provided later)
Semester Duration: 11 October 2021 – 20 February 2022
USM Fee: USD 100 (Fee Waived)

Documents to submit to IRO ITB:

Academic Transcript until Semester 2 2020-2021 (For graduate applicants, also include undergraduate academic transcript);
Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor & Study Program (Please use this template);
Official Certificate of English Language Proficiency (It can be IELTS, TOEFL, or any other certificates – make sure that your English score is equivalent to an IELTS score of 5 or a TOEFT PBT score of 550, or above)
