| As the world-renowned academic reputation, The UK is one of the top study destinations for Indonesian students. It is the number one destination for Postgraduate study and three top destinations for Undergraduate. The UK institutions have produced so many talented graduates, it also plays an important role to support students in achieving their careers. Due to the impact of COVID 19 pandemic all over the world, UK institutions along with the governments keep giving the best support for upcoming students to access classes either takes place in person or online commencing in 2021. The British Council through Study UK campaign annually holding Pre-Departure Briefing to give comprehensive information for new students. This year, The British Council will hold 2 online session Pre-Departure Briefing 2021 for Indonesian students who has been accepted to study in the UK start autumn 2021. The information will cover preparation upon departure and arrival in the UK, Visa arrangement, health and safety, accommodation, and sharing session with PPI UK. 1st Session: 22 July 2021 2nd Session: 13 August 2021 Time: 15. 30 – 17.00 WIB Virtual Platform: Microsoft Teams

From 1 July 2021, international students who have successfully completed an undergraduate or master’s degree will be able to benefit from two years’ work experience in the UK upon graduation, through the new Graduate Route. Students who complete their PhD will be able to stay for three years. This is a fantastic opportunity for international students that will help them take their next steps into employment in the UK.

It is specifically designed to help participants learn about student life in the UK and to familiarise themselves with the ways of teaching and learning in the UK.
