Change of Address (only if applicable)

Students who move to a new residence must report their new address to the nearest police station and Immigration Office – preceded by a report to the RT and RW (neighborhood officers) and Kantor Kelurahan (Local District Officer).

The following are the documents to prepare:

1. Letter of Recommendation*;
2. Printed Copy of Indonesian ID Card of Sponsor*;
3. Letter from Local District Office (Kantor Kelurahan) – Note: To obtain this letter, you need a letter from the RT and RW (neighborhood officers);
4. Application Form No. 27 (provided by Immigration Office);
5. Printed Copy of Passport;
6. Printed Copy of and ITAS;
7. Original Passport.
