UTB Brunei: Invitation to Participate in The Crown Prince Creative, Innovative Product and Technological Advancement (CIPTA) Roadshow 2023

Dear Valued ATU-Net members,

Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), in partnership with Brunei LNG, is pleased to announce the Crown Prince Creative, Innovative Product and Technological Advancement (CIPTA) Award has extended its registration deadline to 20th February 2023 (Monday).

The competition is divided into two categories, local and ASEAN categories.

ASEAN Categories

The ASEAN categories comprise two categories for members from ASEAN countries other than Brunei Darussalam, namely:

• New Invention & Innovation Category
• Young Inventor Category

Special Award – The Crown Prince CIPTA Award

Winners from Local Categories 1 and 2 will be eligible to compete with the winner from the ASEAN – New Invention & Innovation Category for the Crown Prince Special Award to win the grand prize of B$8,000 and a Trophy.

In this regard, we would like to invite the public, schools, higher institutions, government, and private sectors to CIPTA 2023 roadshow (hybrid) as follows:

• CIPTA 2023 Roadshow
• Date: 1^st February 2023, Wednesday
• Time: 1.45 pm (GMT+8)
• Venue: Lecture Theatre 2, The Library Complex, UTB Brunei
