Internship Program at The International Institute of Knowledge Management (Pvt) Ltd (TIIKM)
The International Institute of Knowledge Management (Pvt) Ltd is a premier research institute that is entrenched in serving the purpose of knowledge transfer by constructing the careers of researchers and bring upon a new revolution in the Asian research culture. TIIKM brings out exclusive knowledge experience to academics, researchers, scholars, and professionals across the world who explores knowledge and skills in order to succeed in their career and conquer the world.
The internship program is open for undergraduate students of ITB.
TIIKM agrees to provide the following to the interns:
- Professional development including strategic marketing training, communication skill development sessions, etc.;
- Academic development includes participating in our conferences workshops and webinars virtually;
- Career guides opportunities;
- Personal development/softs skill development/mindfulness;
- Ethical development and guides on achieving sustainable development goals;
- Valid certificate;
- Opportunity to build a good network worldwide with high profile academics and policymakers;
- Incentive base pay (commission based on abstract partners association, etc.);
- Research proficiency building;
- The details of each of the above will be provided separately.
The interns will be expected to perform some of the following tasks:
- Developing contacts with regional universities
- Get those universities to partner process with our conferences
- Doing social media campaigns mainly focusing on the local market
- Approach different association and consortiums to get a partner with our conferences
- Doing marketing analysis relevant to conferences inside and outside the country
- Marketing communications in the local language
- Insights into branding requirements of the local market
- Analysis of the effectiveness of branding and communication campaigns
- Networking unit (make a group among the students, monthly meetings, and updates)
- Appoint the volunteers universities wise (focusing on conference-related departments only)
- Make webinar series to make awareness among the country at least brand the conference name or participation
- Connecting with government authorities/policy makers related to research for conferences
- Collecting famous research journals relevant to the conferences in each country
- Analysis of competitor conferences and event listing platforms in the local market
- Find more subject-related active groups on LinkedIn and FB (at least 25)
- Do some influencer campaigns and promotions
- Blog writing
- Find 10 more social media reviews per month
- Organize / participate the CSR Event around the country.
The interns are expected to possess the following requirements and skills:
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Familiarity with marketing social media platforms.
