Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme for 2013/14 – Hong Kong Baptist University

The Graduate School of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) would like to cordially invite you to encourage your student to apply for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Schemes 2013/14 (HKFPS).

To strengthen the culture of research excellence, awardees of the HKPFS through admission to the PhD programs of the HKBU will be entitled to:
1. A first year tuition waiver worth US$ 5,400;
2. A two year scholarship US$10,800 to support the tuition fees for the second and third year of studies (subject to satisfactory academic pogress);
3. A monthly stipend of US$2,600 (for a maximum of three years); and
4. A conference and research related travel allowance of US$1,300 per year (for a maximum of three years).
Students who are interested to pursue their PhD studies via HKPFS at  the HKBU must demonstrate outstanding qualities of academic performance; research abilities and potential; communication and interpersonal skills; and leadership abilities. the application deadline of the HKPFS for the academic year 2013/2014 is 1 December 2012.
