ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility Scholarships for Master's students of ITB: Student Exchange at IMT Atlantique (France)

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) is a member of the French Indonesian Consortium for Engineering and Management (FICEM). Under FICEM, the application for Master’s students of ITB to do student exchange at IMT Atlantique (one of FICEM-affiliated French universities) is currently open (Deadline: May 15, 2021).

To apply, please submit the following documents to IRO ITB (iro@itb.ac.id) by April 28, 2021:

1. Recommendation Letter (use this template);

2. Health Guarantee Letter, regarding covid-19 (use this template)

After we have received the above two documents, IRO ITB (Bureau of Partnerships) will provide a nomination letter for you to submit to the online application form (which will be provided to you once we’ve received the above two documents). In principle, the nomination letter will be provided to you as long as the above two documents have been submitted to IRO ITB.

Overall, interested students will have to submit the following documents (requested by IMT Atlantique) to the online application form by May 15, 2021:

• CV made with EUROPASS -> https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv
• Photo
• Motivation letter
• University transcripts
• Bachelor degree (or certificate)
• 2 reference letters : from University (one of them must be the nomination letter) and/or from Professional
  
• English test (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Cambridge) or Certificate of English as a medium of instruction / French test (if required for French programs)

Note that, for the reference letter, it is different from the recommendation letter requested by IRO ITB. Therefore, in addition to the nomination letter provided by IRO ITB, interested students will also need to submit a reference letter, which should state the reasoning for why you are recommended to study at IMT Atlantique for student exchange.

Interested students can select a maximum of 3 Master of Science (MSc) among the programs listed here (FICEM MSc offer (march 2021) and mention the reasons of the choice(s) in the motivation letter.

Admitted students will be interviewed to be considered for the Erasmus+ Scholarship for their study (expected: in May 2021). The decision will be expected to be out in June 2021. With the duration of minimum 3 months and maximum 12 months, the scholarship shall generally cover living expenses and travel reimbursements.
