Announcement on Student Exchange Programs @ KMUTT, Thailand

Announcement on a semester exchange application for KMUTT semester 1/ 2016 (Aug – Dec 2016). As for a user’s friendly, here are important dates for KMUTT next semester exchange

• Application submission: The mid of May 2016
• Notification of application result: The early of June 2016
• Orientation period: July 19^th – August 9^th 2016 (strongly suggest to attend)
• Study Period: August 1^st –December 6^th, 2016
• Notification of study record: The early of February 2017

For the exchange program at KMUTT, there is full scholarship from DIKTI (flight, living cost, insurance, visa, misc).

Requirements:

1. Official transcript (in English)
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
3. TOEFL or IELTS, with minimum score of: TOEFL 550, IELTS 6,5, iBT 100
4. Motivation Letter

Please submit the requirements above to the International Relation Office ITB, Jalan Ganesha No. 17, Bandung due to 6 May 2016, at 14.00 WIB, for further selection process.

KMUTT also welcome you for a short –term programs under various types of mobility such as internship, summer school, culture activity, and so-on.  Occasionally, KMUTT announce for ‘Sawasdee Camp’ program on July 4^th – 19^th , 2016. With this program, students can learn about Thai language & culture through the lessons in classroom and the various activities with Thai students.  Besides, students will visit spectacular natural, cultural, and historical attractions during studying.  Meanwhile, student will gain the cross-cultural experience from international participants and Thai buddies. The program fee is USD 800.00 includes accommodation, airport pick-up, and transportation during the program.

The due date of application is by May 20^th, 2016. The application form is attached herewith.
