The Embassy is pleased to convey the attached brochure from the Mexican Petroleum Institute, calling foreign professionals to participate in the selection process to study in one of the following postgraduate programs:  MASTER OF SCIENCE OR ENGINEERING or DOCTOR OF SCIENCE OR ENGINEERING. The Mexican Petroleum Institute, a Public Research Center in Mexico, offers students who carry out postgraduate studies at its facilities the opportunity to join their academic and research community.
