KMUTT program AIMS

KMUTT announces AIMS application for the semester 1/ 2014 (August – December 2014). We would like to inform necessary information for your students as follows:

3. Civil Engineering
4. Computer Engineering
5. Electrical Communication and Electronic Engineering
6. Environmental Engineering

Eligibilities for AIMS @ KMUTT

1. Be a full-time undergraduate student.
2. Have GPA min of 2.75 (out of 4).
3. Have a TOEFL score of at least 550 or its equivalence.
4. Have successfully completed at least one year of academic study at your university.
5. Have a strong interest in living in Thailand and are ready to accept cultural differences.

Application Steps for AIMS @ KMUTT

1. Download KMUTT incoming application form .
2. Find out or reviewKMUTT programs for AIMS by consulting with your advisor.
3. Complete the Application Form and other required documents, by combining into 1 pdf file named (your name).pdf, in case of applying via email. Later, submit to your International Office or AIMS contact person at your university.
4. Your university will then officially nominate applicants to KMUTT.
5. KMUTT announce the result to your International Office or AIMS contact person. Later, KMUTT will send a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to your university.
6. Use LoA to apply for the Non-Immigrant Education Visa (Non-Ed) at the nearest Thai Embassy or consulate. This process will take about at least 2 weeks.
7. Prepare yourself and Fly to Bangkok. Welcome to KMUTT!

Important dates

14 May 2014         The end of Application Form acceptance. Your International Office submits the application form to KMUTT
20 June 2014         Notification of acceptance. KMUTT will send LoA to your university.
23 June 2014 onwards         Students apply for Visa (Non-Ed) and prepare for a departure.
15 – 16 July 2014         Settle down days @ KMUTT
17 – 31 July 2014         Orientation period
The 1 st week of August 2014         Semester starts
