KAIST exchange application
KAIST exchange application period for the spring semester, 2014 is from September 15th to October 15th.
Application Documents: Nominated students need to register for online application at http://irt.kaist.ac.kr and submit the following documents with its printed version approved by a coordinator. Please send them to the following address, by October 15th: KAIST International Relations Team, 291 Daehak-ro, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon 305-701, Republic of Korea, Tel: +82-42-350-2405~6
1) Application Form(printed version with a coordinator’s signature)
2) Current original transcript(s) (All transcripts must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation.)
3) Statement of Purpose (one page, word processed only)
4) Three passport-size photos (write your name on the back of every photo), (No larger than 55mm x 45mm and not smaller than 50mm x 40mm).
5) English Language Proficiency Record(if any)
6) Copy of Passport
Further steps: After receiving all students’ application documents, we will forward them to the concerned KAIST department at the end of October where the final decision of acceptance is made. Accepted students will receive their official KAIST admission letters via email in the middle of October and the admission package via postal mail by the end of November.
