BSc Program on Molecular Ecosystem Sciences

A new international B. Sc. program on Molecular Ecosystem Sciences will be offered at the University of Goettingen, starting in winter semester 2011-2012. An ambitious, inter-disciplinary, research-based program that combines ecology with bio-sciences at an undergraduate level. Students will be exposed to the most recent developments in both fields in a very early phase of their studies, and they will become involved in research activities of leading groups in their respective fields. The LL.M. IT/IP-Law offers a one-year master program for postgraduate students. The students spend the first semester in Hannover and the second semester (3 – 5 months) at one of eleven partner universities such as Bologna (Italy), Edinburgh (UK), Glasgow (UK), Leuven (Belgium), London (UK), Namur (Belgium), Oslo (Norway), Rovaniemi (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden), Vienna (Austria) and Zaragoza (Spain).

In the first semester students will be familiarised with the basics of European and German IT/IP Law.

In the second semester, at one of our Partner Universities, you will have the chance to advance both your professional as well as your language skills. With the completion of the semester abroad, students focus on their final thesis, which is due at the end of July.

Sensor technology is an exciting field of science and engineering as well as a rapidly growing branch in modern industry. The program offers a unique chance to learn about this challenging topic in a professional environment, formed by institutes of applied research, global industrial champions and high-tech startup companies

The program comprises two semesters theoretical coursework at the Coburg University of Applied Sciences and at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. During the third semester, students are required to do a practical internship in a company or a research institute. The fourth semester serves as a time for preparing master thesis either with companies or in laboratories or research teams.
