The Melbourne Materials Institute (MMI)

The Melbourne Materials Institute (MMI) at the University of Melbourne welcomes applications from top students interested in pursuing a PhD program with research interests in Nanomedicine, Quantum Technologies, Materials, Bioengineering and other related fields. We have partnered with Australia’s Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) to create a joint scholarship program for PhD candidates conducting research which meets our joint objectives.
