UBD-AUN Summer Camp 2025
- Nominated by the Sending University.
- Undergraduate students from AUN Core Member University and ASEAN+3 University Network.
- Citizen of an ASEAN+3 member state.
- Proficient in English (as the programme will be conducted in English).
- Committed to full participation in all programme activities.
Nomination and Selection Process
Step 1: Nomination by Sending Universities
To sign up for the program, please prepare the following documents and apply through this application form by 9 March 2025:
1. Latest English official academic transcript (with min GPA 2.5/Not SIX)
2. English Proficiency Test (IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo)
3. Valid passport
4. Financial Guarantee Letter. Template here.
5.Health Guarantee Letter. Template here.
6. Recommendation Letter from Head of Study Program addressed to Head of Bureau of Partnerships ITB (free format)
*Only successful applicant(s) will be notified.
Step 2: Selection of nominated students
UBD will review and make the final selection from the nominated students. The final list of selected participants will be shared with the Sending University Coordinator by 28 March 2025 at the latest.
Step 3: Submission of Application by Selected Students to the UBD Online Admission Portal
Selected students will receive further instructions regarding their application and required documents for submission via the UBD Online Admission Portal.
Deadline for submission by Selected Students: 15 April 2025
Once complete submissions are received, UBD will proceed with issuing the Offer Letters.
Note: Selected students are advised to purchase their flight ticket and travel health insurance only after their participation is confirmed.
