1. Academic Transcript in English (Not SIX)
2. Copy of valid passport (Exp. Above Jan 2025)
3. Valid Passport
4. Financial Guarantee Letter. Template here.
5. Health Guarantee Letter. Template here.
6. Recommendation letter issued by the Head of study program (free format)
