[Tokyo Tech] [Announcement] Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS 2019_ITB
We are pleased to announce the start of the application period for the Tokyo Tech-Asia Young Scientist and Engineer Advanced Study Program
(Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS) 2019. This annual program is the successor to the Japan-Asia Young Scientist and Engineer Study Visit (JAYSES) program, which ran from 2007 to 2012. Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS will be held in the summer of 2019 in Bandung, Indonesia.
Application procedures:
1) Students will submit their application forms to the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office (ayseas@jim.titech.ac.jp).

Application deadline: Monday, May 20, 2019, 24:00 Japanese Standard Time.
2) Upon receipt of ITB students’ applications, the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office will forward the applications to IRO-ITB.
3) IRO ITB will review the applications, select candidates (Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office will announce the limit based on the number of applicants
from ITB) and notify the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office with a list of candidates, prioritized according to your policies, by Friday, June 14, 2019.
The number of students accepted will ultimately be determined by the capacity of the program, so please specify two stand-by candidates in case additional spaces become available.
The selection results will be sent directly from the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office to all applicants.
