Jogja International MUN 2014

Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia invite students from Institut Teknologi Bandung to the third annual Model UN conference, which will take place Inna Garuda Yogyakarta, from 11 December to 14 December, 2014.

JOINMUN 2014 will challenge and engage delegates with its crisis-based committees. This year’s conference features more dynamic committees, lively social events, than ever before.

Committees in JOINMUN would also act as a crisis committee once a crisis breaks in the middle of the conference. The crisis could involve the death of a president, revolution back at home country, bombings, or even kidnapping of a delegate. It is the job of the Secretariat to design how the crisis would take form later in the conference.

Between engaging in simulations in Yogyakarta’s warm surroundings, delegates will enjoy the unique Javanese culture integrated in the ceremonies, social events, and to some extent even in committee sessions. 

This year’s committees ranged from Arab League, Security Council, UNESCO, General Assembly, and our newest committee this year, UNDC , which will keep delegates expected to express their creative ideas

The Registration will begin on July 1st in the website,http://joinmun.ugm.ac.id. UGM open registration for both Delegates and Observer. We encourage you to register as soon as possible, while spaces still remain.
