[INFORMATION,Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT)] SIT Scholarship opportunities to SEATUC partner university members

Scholarship opportunities for interested students to pursue their studies in SIT. As you have been informed earlier, the name of  HBT (Hybrid Twinning Program) scholarship has been changed to SIT Scholarship. The scholarship will be only applicable for Doctoral (PhD) program.
SIT Scholarship and the admission as below :

<SIT Scholarship>
・ Supports/ Scholarship amount is the same as HBT
・ Only applicable for doctoral(PhD) program only
・ Open for Spring(April) and Autumn(September) admission
・ Direct application from candidates, not by recommendation or application through university
・ Submission of application through online system
・ Instead of the 3 year scholarship, this scholarship is renewed annually
(assessment will be done for the scholarship renewal, such as the year performance, journal submission and etc.)

<Merit and Advantage>
・ Chances of receiving scholarship is higher as the number of scholarship acceptance has been increased
・ More opportunities to apply as the admission time is opened twice a year
・ Admission process is short (from application -> entrance examination ->result notification will be only in one and a half months)
・ No age restrictions

<Schedule for next enrollment>

– Enrollment in Fall 2020 
・ Application period : from May 21th (Tue.), 2020 12:00 (JST) to June 4th (Tue.) [through online]
・ Admission time: October 1, 2020
