ASEAN Youth Initiative Empowerment Program (AYIEP)
As a way to raise awareness and involvement of Youth in the ASEAN Community policy-making process, the ASEAN Studies Centers FISIPOL UGM is organizing the ASEAN Youth Initiative Empowerment Program (AYIEP), under the theme of “Reimagining ASEAN Identity through the Critical Voice of the Youth”. AYIEP is a five-week short course program (7 August – 4 September 2021) that offers activities that encourage Youth’s critical views on the contemporary issues and dynamics of ASEAN. It is also expected that the program could strengthen the echo of ASEAN Youth’s voices as a foundation for the creation of a meaningful ASEAN Identity.
Credits that can be earned: 3 – 9 credits.
As part of the ASEAN University Network, ITB will nominate 2 selected students to receive a full scholarship (regular fee is IDR 1,000,000). Other students may be eligible for partial scholarships.
