| Upload Documents | 1. Latest official transcript (English) – final grades of the latest semester should be included
2. Self-Introduction – a 1-page long essay 3. Copy of passport – neatly scanned, no edges cut 4. Face photo – JPEG format, less than 200kb 5. Health & Medical Clearance Form – test result of tuberculosis should be clearly stated (negative – no tuberculosis / positive) 6. Certificate of Bachelor’s degree (for students from Graduate(master) level at their home university) |
