New Passport Registration (only if applicable)

New passport should be registered at the Immigration Office in Bandung (Kantor Imigrasi Bandung) or in the city where you reside. The following are the documents to prepare:

1. Letter of Recommendation from Bureau of Partnerships ITB*;
2. Printed Copy of Indonesian ID Card of Sponsor*;
3. Application Form No. 27 (provided by the Immigration Office);
4. Printed Copy of Expired Passport;
5. Printed Copy of New Passport;
6. Printed Copy of ITAS;
7. Expired Original Passport;
8. New Original Passport;
9. ITAS.
