The preservation of cultural prestiges and values is evermore important with the current era of globalization and a heightened desire to develop a cultural identity. The culmination of cultural authenticity in such an era provides an individual with the necessary discipline and skill set to navigate as leaders in the 21st century. The event aims to explore the vast transmission and perseveration of knowledge, customs, and cultures through the act of storytelling through the generations, and for ASEAN and Japan students to share amongst each other of their own. Thus, the theme of this event is set to be: The Importance of Storytelling in Preserving Self-Identity and Building a Resilient Community.
The entire programme will be held in English through online platforms (Zoom Meeting / Gather Town) and the E-certificates will be provided to participants upon completion of the programme. Participants should ensure their availability and proficiency to efficiently engage in all the activities in the programme.
