Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards 2021

For ITB students who are interested in applying, you can apply directly to the application portal. For the recommendation letter, you can ask your Study Program to write it for you using this template. Please explain clearly to the Study Program regarding your interest in applying to the IISMA program.

The recommendation letter needs to have the official letter and stamp, provided by your Study Program (or Faculty / School). To help your Study Program, please explain the university your applying to, the country, and the (four) courses you are planning to take. You will submit the recommendation letter along with other application documents to the IISMA application portal.

IMPORTANT: Once you have submitted your IISMA application to the portal, you are required to inform the International Relations Office of the Bureau of Partnerships ITB or IRO ITB (iro@itb.ac.id) by May 22, 2021, that you submitted the application (please also attach the recommendation letter that your Study Program has provided). IRO ITB will later provide a confirmation regarding the list of applicants from ITB with the IISMA Secretariat.
