Graduate School of Science, Tohoku University offers you to join their International Graduate Program for Advanced Science (IGPAS) for 2012.

IGPAS is the international program in the field of natural sciences entirely taught in English. They reserve Japanese government scholarship for up to eight master course students starting in October 2012.

The deadline for application is November 30, 2011.
