ESEP-G 2021 (Engineering Summer Education Program -General) from University of Tokyo
University of Tokyo offer top-class international undergraduate and graduate students a short-term research experience in the basic and translational sciences in our world-leading laboratories.
Schedules: June 7 to July 16, 2021 (6 weeks)
Applicants:
Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least two full years of study in a bachelor’s degree program by the time the program begins.
Applicants must remain enrolled at their current home university until the ESEP program ends.
*For ITB: Undergraduate student (minimum 2nd year student) and graduate students.

Financial support: Stipend money of JPY 160,000 will be provided to participants who meet the following requirements. Accommodation: Off-campus accommodation will be provided by UTokyo.

Special condition for regarding to COVID-19
1) The program will be cancelled to be taken place in Japan when the travel restrictions and quarantine measures due to the influence of COVID-19 are still in effect as of MARCH 15, 2021. There will be no postponement nor re-opening.
2) Online courses
Only those laboratories offering both in -person and online courses will allow students to switch from in-person courses to online courses upon confirming their intentions. Please refer more details on our website.
