AUN Summer Camp 2025 at De La Salle University, The Phillipines
We would like to share that AUN Summer Camp at De La Salle University, The Phillipines, opens for application with the theme Sustainable Ocean, Thriving Community. This course delves into the diverse marine ecosystems and coral reefs and examines the incredible biodiversity that thrives within them. Investigate the challenges facing our oceans, including pollution, overfishing, and climate change, and discuss the critical need for conservation efforts. Through engaging lectures and multimedia presentations, students will gain a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of marine life and the importance of protecting these invaluable resources for future generations. While the concept of social entrepreneurship is a unique business model that combines social and environmental impact with financial sustainability. We will delve into the principles and practices of social entrepreneurship, examining how businesses can address social and environmental. Students will learn about different types of social enterprises, analyze case studies of successful social ventures, and potentially develop their own business plans for a social enterprise addressing a specific community need. Also, this course includes cultural immersion that will showcase deep Filipino Culture in the Southern Luzon part of the Philippines.
