Call for Nominations: 4th AUN ASEAN Experiential Learning Programme (AELP) 3–7 November 2025 | Songkhla, Thailand | Hosted by Prince of Songkla University
The AUN AELP is a biennial youth programme by AUN-SAN that provides a platform for students to engage in experiential learning through knowledge sharing and hands-on activities related to social, economic, and environmental issues in the ASEAN region.
Through AELP, students deepen ASEAN awareness and identity, strengthen cross-cultural communication and leadership, and build long-term networks for collaboration.

Theme & Learning Focus
“Singora to Songkhla: Exploring the Past and Future”
Learn – Understanding ASEAN Culture, Heritage, and Sustainability
– Regional history and identity via the story of Singora and the significance of Songkhla as a heritage site.
– Cultural preservation through street art, architecture, and local narratives.
– Sustainability in practice via Songkhla Lake explorations and discussions on environmental economics.
– Community entrepreneurship and innovation in small-scale businesses and traditional industries.
experience – iMMERSIVE CULTURAL & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
– Hands-on activities such as tie-dye craft and traditional Thai cooking with local ingredients.
– Celebrate Thai cultural identity during the Loy Krathong Festival.
– Engage rural and urban communities via walking tours, historical park visits, and cultural conversations.
apply – Reflection, Collaboration & Future Impact
– Guided group discussions and reflection to foster personal growth and intercultural understanding.
– Co-create ideas/initiatives inspired by community resilience, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
– Strengthen teamwork, leadership, cross-cultural communication, and creative problem-solving.
Quotas: 2 students and one faculty member
Participants are requested to bear the cost of accommodation, transportation and meals amounting to USD 100 per person which is to be paid upon registration.
