Japanese government scholarship MICH and AiQuSci programs of UEC, online briefing session
The University of Electro-Communications (UEC) will hold briefing sessions on call for applications for the MICH* and AiQuSci** programs for enrollment in October, 2022.
UEC’s MICH program (started in Oct. 2020) and AiQuSci program (started in Oct. 2021) have been selected for the Scholarship Special Program by the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT***).
The programs offer a full scholarship funded by the Japanese government, covering living support, entrance fee and tuition waivers, as well as travel expenses to and from Japan to 16 students (8 students for each program) each year.
MICH and AiQuSci are graduate school programs to educate outstanding international students with knowledge and skills in a wide range of fields in Informatics and Engineering, which are representative of our University’s strengths. At the same time, it promotes the formation of international networks, and thus fosters a group of people who will contribute to the global society as international human capitals.
UEC invites a broad range of excellent students to apply for the programs.
In order to disseminate information directly to students, UEC have decided to hold an online briefing session via ZOOM. Below are the dates and hours of the sessions.
UEC also have an on-demand webpage for those who cannot attend the ZOOM briefing sessions.
