Tokyo Tech AYSEAS 2023 Application Begins
Warm greetings from Tokyo Institute of Technology!
We are pleased to announce the start of the application period for the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS 2023.
After holding online program for two times, finally we are able to hold a program on-site, in Thailand.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could introduce this year’s program to students and other interested parties at your university.
Program details are as below:
- Program duration: August 27 (Sun) – September 5 (Tue), 2023
- Theme: From Asia to the World
- Program Content: company & research institute visits, lectures, cultural exchange event, group discussion, final presentation, etc.
- Language: English
- Program Fee: Free (Participants are responsible to pay airfare, hotel, visa, travel insurance and personal expenses including meals)
- Applicant eligibility: Undergraduate and Master’s course students from AYSEAS partner university. Online program participants in 2021 and 2022 can also apply!
- Application deadline: May 24, 2023 at 24:00 (Japan Standard Time)

The number of students accepted will ultimately be determined by the capacity of the program. The selection results will be sent directly from the Tokyo Tech-AYSEAS Administration Office to all applicants.

- Recommendation Letter from Academic Advisor & Study Program (Please use this template);
- Financial Guarantee Letter (Please use this template);
- Health Guarantee Letter (Please use this template);
- Recent CV
- Applicants must possess a competent command of spoken and written English, which corresponds to:
• IELTS: a minimum of 6 for the Writing sub-test
• TOEFL: a minimum of 570 (paper) or 90 (internet) or 237 (computer)
• SAT1: a minimum of 600 for the Verbal section; or 7 for the Essay section
• IB: a minimum of 6 for Higher level English
• MUET: Band 6 and a minimum of 50 for writing
