Student exchange at VGTU within Erasmus+
The application for exchange studies at VGTU next academic year is now open.
The Erasmus+ scholarship we offer covers 135 days (3375 Eur to cover subsistence costs in total + 1100 Eur to cover travel costs).
The process of Student Exchange
To apply for exchange studies at VGTU, students have to complete the VGTU Application online.
The list of courses VGTU offers in English language next academic year is enclosed together with the info-sheet for exchange students.

In order to activate the student online application, Student must be nominate by the International Relations Office.

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Motivation Letter
- Academic transcript
- TOEFL or IELTS, with minimum score of: TOEFL 550, IELTS 6,5, iBT 79

Orientation Days for incoming students: 29th August – 2nd September, therefore students should provisionally plan their arrival before this date.
- After the admission procedures, exchange students are provided with a registration for accommodation and with a Mentor (the Mentor contacts accepted student by e-mail or social network personally).
NB! Students can only register for the VGTU dormitory after the admission, once a confirmation about the acceptance for studies is received. Students will be provided with a link for VGTU dormitory reservation in June.
