To enter the Republic of Indonesia as an international student at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), you must apply for a Study Permit (SP) and Visa. The Study Permit is issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology), while the e-Visa is issued by the Directorate of Immigration Office.

The entire process, from submitting the required documents to completing the study permit and visa, may take approximately 2–3 months. To help guide you through each stage of the procedure, please refer to the steps below:
