ALL FOR PARTICIPATION: SUT GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CAMP 2023
We are welcoming all undergraduate and postgraduate students from our partner universities to attend the SUT Global Entrepreneurship Camp 2023. In this camp, you will Explore (the country, city, culture, and people of Thailand), Experience (the culture, nature, sustainability problem, working in a multicultural team, and learning and developing innovative solutions), and developing your Entrepreneurship (3E).
About SUT Global Entrepreneurship Camp 2023 (SUT-GEC 2023): This SUT–GEC 2023 will host around 90 students from many countries (30 from SUT, and 60 from partner’s universities around the world). Students will work together to identify problems related to sustainability and climate change, spot opportunities to tackle this problem, develop new business ideas and business models suitable for the context, and present their innovative ideas. Whilst the time will be spent mostly on team projects, participants will be supported and coached by SUT professors, Thai Startups, and business professionals throughout the time. Moreover, the students will have a chance to explore the world heritage site “Khaoyai National Park”, startup ecosystem, and the number of culture and city excursions. Any Current Students from Suranaree University of Technology Partner’s Universities. (Undergraduate or Postgraduate Students). Qualified students will need a recommendation letter from their university for the application. We will accept up to 5 students from each university. So, please contact your university’s responsible office. Participants will need to have a learning and exploration attitude. Program Fee: SUT will charge a small fee for this program to ensure commitment and participation. The fee is 200 $ (USD) per person. The fee covers accommodation, local transportation, workshop, lunch and dinner, and airport pick-up & drop-off services on program days. SUT will support the rest of the cost and excursions. - Applicants must possess a competent command of spoken and written English, which corresponds to:
• IELTS: a minimum of 6 for the Writing sub-test
• TOEFL: a minimum of 570 (paper) or 90 (internet) or 237 (computer)
• SAT1: a minimum of 600 for the Verbal section; or 7 for the Essay section
• IB: a minimum of 6 for Higher level English
• MUET: Band 6 and a minimum of 50 for writing
