For the applicants who are the first year student candidates, he/she should have a High School certificate or equivalent, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years. The application letter must have been received in the Directorate of Education of ITB not later than 27 April 2012. The application letter has to be completed with the supporting documents such as :
- * Copy of High School certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years. For applicants from Malaysia, the certificate recognized by ITB is that of Sijil Tinggi.
- * Copy of Academic Transcript from High School or equivalent, validated by the applicant’s country of origin.
- * TOEFL/IELTS certificate, not exceeding the period of 6 months of validity. For applicants from Malaysia, MUET certificate that does not exceed the 6 month period can be used. The minimum TOEFL/IELT/MUET score required will be announced later.
- * Colour Blindness Verification certificate
- * Copy of birth certificate validated by the authority of the applicant’s country of origin.
- * Copy of valid applicant’s Identity Card.
- * 2 black and white recent photographs of 4 X 6 cm.
