THE ASEAN SCHOOL OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2025

This initiative, organized by the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, in collaboration with Universiti Pertahanan Malaysia (UPNM), Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), will be held 15–18 November 2025 at AKEPT, Malaysia.

This program provides free stay, meals, learning kits, exclusive merchandise, and domestic transport, along with fun activities, networking & team building, edutainment trips, and sessions with distinguished speakers and panels.
The program is open to student leaders aged between 20 and 26 years from higher education institutions across ASEAN member countries, including Timor-Leste.
Students are  financially responsible for getting themselves to Malaysia  and personal expenses during the program.

Program Period: November 15th – 18th, 2025
Venue: Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Ministry of Higher Education, Lebuh Enstek, 71760 Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan

1.Latest English official academic transcript (with min GPA 2.5/Not SIX)
2. English Proficiency Test (IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo)

7. Recommendation Letter from Head of Study Program and Academic Supervisor addressed to Director of Directorate of Partnerships ITB (free format)
