Overview
Intended for international students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, or exchange programs at ITB.
Permitted Activities
- Participating in academic and educational activities at ITB.
- Entering and leaving Indonesia during validity.
- Participating in cultural and tourism activities.
Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in employment or income-generating activities.
- Selling goods or services.
- Receiving wages from Indonesian entities.

Short Course Visa (For Students)
Overview
For participants of short-term academic courses or training programs conducted by ITB.
Permitted Activities
- Attending short courses or training sessions.
- Participating in academic-related activities.
Prohibited Activities
- Working or receiving compensation.

Academic Internship Visa (For Students)
Overview
For international students undertaking academic internships or practical training at ITB.
Permitted Activities
- Participating in internship to satisfy academic requirements.
- Conducting activities related to tourism and visiting family.
Prohibited Activities
- Receiving salary or wages.
- Working outside the approved program.

Working Visa (For Non-Students)
Overview
For foreign nationals legally employed by ITB in academic, research, or professional roles.
Permitted Activities
- Work activities per approved employment agreement.
- Residing in Indonesia during contract period.
Prohibited Activities
- Working outside the approved position.
- Undertaking additional unauthorized employment.

Research Visa (For Non-Students)
Overview
Intended for foreign researchers conducting academic research or collaborative projects with ITB.
Permitted Activities
- Conducting research based on approved proposal.
- Collaborating with ITB faculty or research units.
Prohibited Activities
- Conducting research beyond approved scope.
- Engaging in commercial activities.

For international visitors attending conferences, seminars, or official academic events organized by ITB.

Prohibited Activities
- Working or receiving payment (other than authorized compensation) in Indonesia.

Install and Repairing Machine Visa
Overview
Carry out activities related to machine installation and repair services as part of a purchase from abroad.
With this visa you can
- Carry out machine installation and repair services in Indonesia.
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Prohibited Activities
- Working outside the scope of installation and repair.
You Must

- Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
