Visa E30B – For Study Periods Longer Than 2 Months

Once you have received your Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from ITB, your Study Permit will be processed.
All documents must be in English!

Study Permit Documents

1. Letter of Acceptance from ITB example (the main LoA page and its attachment page) 
2. Academic Report/Transcript
3. Curriculum Vitae/Resume Download Template (Indonesian address is mandatory)
4. Declaration Letter Download Template stating that you:
   • will obey Indonesian rules and laws, and
   • will not be involved in any work activities
5. Letter of Sponsorship or Financial Guarantee example
   • If self-funded → signed by you or representative
   • If sponsored by institution → present proof of funding
   • For KNB students → ITB Directorate of Partnerships already has a copy
6. Health Declaration/Report signed by medical doctor (within 2 months before applying) example
7. Valid Passport example (18–36 months depending on study duration)
8. Formal Photos example (red background, must differ from passport photo)

Visa Documents

1. Letter of Acceptance from ITB example (the main LoA page and its attachment page) 
2. Valid Passport  example (18–36 months depending on study duration)
3. Proof of Sufficient Funds example
   • Latest 3 months transactions
   • Bank account under your name
   • Bank details in English or Bahasa Indonesia
4. Formal Photos example (white background, 100–200 KB, different from passport photo)
5. Certificate/Statement of Good Conduct (from home university or employer) example
6. Health Insurance (valid for stay in Indonesia)

Important: The entire process may take approximately 2–3 months.
DO NOT purchase your flight ticket until all visa matters are finalized.
