  • Student Application: 14 April 2026
  • LoA Issuance: 4 – 6 May 2026

🟑 Batch 2 (Extended Intake)

  • Nomination Deadline: 14 April 2026
  • Student Application: 28 April 2026
  • LoA Issuance: 19 – 21 May 2026
  • Registration Extension: Until End of June 2026
EVEN SEMESTER (January – June 2027)

Nomination

Home universities must send the official Nomination Letter and the completed Nomination Form simultaneously via email to int-service.iro@itb.ac.id

Registration

After Step 1, students will receive an official email from notification@six.itb.ac.id containing their registration account and a link to the application portal.

Review

Academic review by the Faculty/School & LoA issuance.

Visa

Apply for your Inbound Visa after receiving your LoA.

Academic & Language

  • Official Nomination Letter & Form
  • Transcript of Records (English)
  • Study Plan / Learning Agreement / Motivation Letter
  • English Proficiency Proof (TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo) (except for native speakers or applicants who provide a recommendation letter from their home university).

Identification

  • Passport Scan (Min. 18 months validity)
  • Formal Photo (White Background)

Note: Late applications for Semester Exchange will not be processed.
