Nomination
Official nomination Letter from your home university must be sent to int-service.iro@itb.ac.id

Academic review by the Faculty/School & LoA issuance.
Academic & Language
- Official Nomination Letter
- Transcript of Records (English)
- Study Plan / Learning Agreement
- English Proficiency Proof (TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo)(except for native speakers or applicants who provide a recommendation/endorsement letter from their home university).
Identification
- Passport Scan (Min. 18 months validity)
- Formal Photo (White Background)
Note: Late applications for Semester Exchange will not be processed.
