ITB’s Semester Inbound Program (SIP) offers a vibrant academic experience for international students. Designed for a one-semester exchange, this program immerses you in a world-class learning environment at the heart of Indonesia’s leading technical institute.

- Nomination Deadline: 30 March 2026
- Student Application: 14 April 2026
- LoA Issuance: 4 – 6 May 2026
🟡 Batch 2 (Extended Intake)
- Nomination Deadline: 14 April 2026
- Student Application: 28 April 2026
- LoA Issuance: 19 – 21 May 2026
- Registration Extension: Until End of June 2026

Nomination
Home universities must send the official Nomination Letter and the completed Nomination Form simultaneously via email to int-service.iro@itb.ac.id
Registration
After Step 1, students will receive an official email from notification@six.itb.ac.id containing their registration account and a link to the application portal.
Review
Academic review by the Faculty/School & LoA issuance.
Academic & Language
- Official Nomination Letter & Form
- Transcript of Records (English)
- Study Plan / Learning Agreement / Motivation Letter
- English Proficiency Proof (TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo) (except for native speakers or applicants who provide a recommendation letter from their home university).
Identification
- Passport Scan (Min. 18 months validity)
- Formal Photo (White Background)
Note: Late applications for Semester Exchange will not be processed.
