Procedures for international partners intending to visit ITB
Submit Formal Request
Send a formal letter or visit proposal via email to iro@itb.ac.id. This letter should clearly state the purpose of your visit and your delegation details.
Complete the Visitation Form
Partners are required to fill out our standard Visitation Form. Please download the template below and attach the completed document to the same email as Step 1.
