2. *Nominated students complete the application form by Hokkaido University within the period of 2 - 9 March 2026
notes:
- Application must be submitted by students
- For courses offered after July 1, applications will also be accepted from 13-20 April 2026
- A system usage fee of 1,500 yen will be charged; however, no tuition fee will apply. Applicants who are listed on the nomination sheet will automatically be exempted from this fee.
- If a student who was not included in the nomination sheet applies, regular tuition fees will be charged.
- After submitting the application, the HSI Office will contact each student directly.

- Official English proficiency test certificate
- Copy of passport
- Copy of student ID with photo
- Document showing accomodation details during participation. University dormitories are not available.
