Program Description
The international short program on “Global Interconnectedness: Managing Diverse People” explores the dynamics that arise as part of working with people coming from various cultural and identity backgrounds and potentially across borders through virtual or digital means. Interpersonal, group and organizational dynamics stemming from diverse identities, cultures, viewpoints, or values and beliefs will be explored, including conflicts and the management of such conflicts.
Participation Fee & Benefits
Participation Fee: Free of charge for selected participants.
- Official Certificate of Completion issued by SBM ITB.
- Academic Credits (3 ITB Credits at the graduate-level).
- Global Networking Opportunities with international participants.
Entry Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate degree (S1) program.
- Academic interest in socio-cultural issues or international collaboration.
- Proficiency in English (all activities conducted in English).
- Full commitment to all program activities.
