ITB Strengthens Global Collaboration at the 2026 EAIE Annual Conference in Glasgow

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) reaffirmed its commitment to the global education landscape by participating in the International Education Conference held by the European Association for International Education (EAIE). This prestigious event took place from September 9–11, 2026, in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

At this event, ITB joined prominent Indonesian higher education institutions under the “Study in Indonesia” pavilion, supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemdiktisaintek RI). ITB was represented by Sabrina Sakina from the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD ITB). ITB’s presence aimed to build networks, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance academic collaboration with world-class universities.

Aside from discussing potential collaborations and following up on existing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), ITB actively promoted student exchange and joint degree programs as core priorities for international academic cooperation.

🌐 Global Meeting Highlights

Throughout the event, ITB’s representative successfully held meetings and productive discussions with at least 25 global university representatives, encompassing both longstanding institutional partners and prospective new partners.
